I am doing smaller weekend events, which so many people are longing for, especially if they do not like crowds.

They will never be any larger than 250 attendees (Counting staff and guests) and will always have at least one, two, or up to four Stargate guests.

There will always be a sit down hot buffet meal available on the Saturday night with entertainment which will be optional.

I feel smaller events are a safer way forward in our current climate and will give the event a more family intermate feel to them.

I know for a fact the guests will put themselves about a bit to get to know you all.

The venue I have chosen is in Lincoln, my home city, and if you get time, try to get and see Lincoln’s most beautiful cathedral and castle, which are both well worth a visit.

These terms and conditions will apply to most events organised by Mama Nox Presents, but please read the details of the event for any other information.

Please read as by purchasing your ticket you are agreeing these terms and conditions.

Events will be a full weekend Sat/Sun event ONLY.

There will be no individual day tickets available, and all tickets are pre-order only. (None will be sold on the door on either day). However, Photoshoot/Auto’s and Selfie tickets will be sold at the event but will be cash only.

All tickets will have at least one Auto/Photo token for you to use as either an autograph, or photoshoot with any of the events advertised guests. If any guests appear independently, their charges will be separate from the event tickets, and their charges will be to them only and event tokens cannot be used towards their fee. (This includes premier ticket holder’s tokens too). Same applies to Selfie Tokens.

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable without Mama Nox’s consent.

If the event is cancelled before 30 days of the event, tickets will be refunded with a 20% handling charge after auto/photo tokens, and meals are deducted. For example: –

Say a ticket costs £200 (example only)

Less A&P tokens and meal which equals £100

Leaves £100

20% off £100 = £20 which leaves £80. That added back on A&P and meal price = £180

You will get £180 back.

If this happens after 30 days of before the event, it then becomes tricky, as venue and travel firms want their payments no matter what. Some guests will insist on their speaker fees. The only way I can see this happening is an act of God of some kind, for example: travel cannot be permitted due to extreme bad weather, or even another pandemic, who knows what life will throw at us.

If you have any concerns, please contact me, preferably by messenger and I will be as clear as I can.

Do not ask me for a free carers ticket as none are available. But be reassured that anyone who has any issues can contact me and we can discuss your needs in private. We will make provisions for seating in the talks, but it will not be on the first 3 rows. Queueing for long periods should not be a problem with us being a small event, but help will be available if required. Support animals will be allowed in the event, but proof of certificates will be asked for.

There is good parking at the hotel, however, disabled parking is limited, so it will be first come first served.

The event is being held at The Bentley Hotel in Lincoln and special rates are available £100 single and £110 double/twin per night. This includes breakfast, payment on arrival, cancellation 48 hrs before due date, and based on at least a two-night stay. Best to book by calling them on 01522 878000 and letting them know you are with the event, and even though you pay on arrival, they will still need a Debit/Credit card number to secure your room. I stayed at the hotel as a mystery guest before I signed the contract and if I said I found anything wrong, I would be nit-picking.

If you find this hotel too expensive, or they have run out of rooms, there is a Travelodge just up the road.
